Dr. Apeksha Ekbote is Chief Dietitian at NephroPlus, leading nutritional care for dialysis patients across India for the past five years.
With over 17 years of experience in clinical nutrition and academia, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field. She is a Ph.D. in Nutrition from Osmania University, Registered Dietitian, and a certified Diabetes Educator. A double gold medalist in her master’s program in Nutrition, Dr. Apeksha Ekbote’s professional interests lie in Renal Nutrition, Critical Care, Metabolic Disorders, and Weight Management. Has presented papers in National and International conferences which has made her awards. She is a Sadhana Awardee 2024 in young dietician category.
In addition to her clinical work, she is actively engaged in research focused on dialysis patients and has published seven papers in both national and international journals on different topics. A true polyglot, she is fluent in eight languages. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys art and craft, baking, and continuously enhancing her knowledge—most recently exploring the intersection of nutrition and artificial intelligence.
