I am a Senior Dietitian with 19 years of experience at CARE Hospitals, Visakhapatnam. I hold an M.Sc in Nutrition, am a Registered Dietitian (RD), and completed an MBA in Hospital Administration. Currently, I am pursuing my Ph.D. in Nutrition from Andhra University.
My contributions include publishing and distributing two recipe books-one on low-cost, high-calorie diets and another on low-carb, high-fat diets-designed to support patients and local school children.
I have actively organized numerous public awareness programs on nutrition at beach roads, schools, and MNCs. As a dietitian, I am passionate about interacting with people and helping them overcome their nutritional challenges through practical and evidence-based solutions.
