With a Ph.D. in Foods and Nutrition since 1994 and 34 years of teaching and research experience, she is specialize in Prebiotics, Gut Health, Clinical Dietetics, and Food Safety. As a Registered Dietitian since 1986 and an active member of professional associations, she also have published 80 peer-reviewed articles, secured patents, and received over 25 awards.
