She has been a nutrition columnist from 1996 to 2024 in TOI, DH, Food Lovers, etc and often quoted in the media as a nutrition expert. She has authored articles, consensus papers and book chapters, including the Nutrition chapter for the book “Lifestyle As Medicine”.
